"Very interesting. My question is, do you think this is a "toilet paper like" effect. If so, then my question is, when will we get to the wake of the madness (ie, when people have no more hoarding capacity)?"

The buoyant trading conditions being experienced by TRS currently is, I think, almost 100% due to what I suspect will in time come to be known as "The Great Toilet Paper Hysteria of 2020".

As to when the madness will end, who knows?

I've long given up on trying to account for the behaviour of people.

I oscillate between being ashamed to be part of the human species, and laughing at it.

What I'm wondering is how people are funding all this hoarding?

Looking at the stock market, it looks like they are liquidating their share portfolios in an attempt to corner the toilet paper market.

    Demand for shares - DOWN
Demand for toilet paper - UP

I'm sure some or other enterprising investment bank will be hard at work designing some kind of financial derivative product that synthesises being Long - toilet paper, and Short - stocks.
