this might help on the forecast not changing. the original forecast was 50 to 70 but this was before the danchi reservoir, so when this was announced the forecast could of been raised 15 to 20 but wasn't , so although wuhan lakes uncertain at this stage and some other rest of world stuff could be delayed what we have dropped off / delayed is made up of the value of the reservoir. if you go back to the original forecast somewhere it was named what was included and the reservoir wasn't part of it.

wonder how many companies are looking to double sales and increase profits 300% this year ? shorters might p off soon plenty of other targets for them. investor will be looking for good new stories there will not be many this year but pet will be and sp increase are likely
