I dunno. I just use my eyes and ears. The hum from the freeway near my house is gone to be replaced by eerie silence for the first time ever. Imagine that in cities all over the world. The oversupply is estimated to be between 15-20Mbbl/day so a cut of 10Mbbl only reduces the rate of oversupply to reserves that are apparently already near full to capacity. Being familiar with Trump's endless blowhard announcements of the past over the China trade deal, I think we are a long way from reeling in oversupply. Also, oil producing countries cheat these limitations all the time. I'll definitely buy back into BPT in the near-term future but at a much lower price than today.
