i do agree about the freeway noise..or lack off,,, however bans will get lifted and crude/gas will go up, especially as shale and other high cost producers fall by the wayside. i bought a massive stack at 1.10 after watching Bpt fall to mid 90s, still kicking myself but i did also get sto and osh slightly above the lows. you will 2,,3, or maybe 4 or 5 bag your money in a few years.... get them now and put em away...
