I don't think anyone knows how much the demand for oil is down. Some say 20 million barrels a day others say 30 million barrels. It makes a big difference! More importantly, no one knows how long the demand is going to stay at this level. This quarter the market will be flooded with oil but it may be a different scenario by the end of the year.
