I am not as worried as some regards the lack of revenue in the quarter just gone.
Company already explained that due to Covid-19 that Chinese projects were on hold for most of quarter and starting again in Mar/Apr , so these revenues will come in next 3 quarters The revenue is probably from ROW. That Brazil job is one example.
Just on Brazil, I think things are taking a turn for the worse with regards the virus and I think it relates to a government in denial, much like the US president , which will see exponential growth in a very populous nation, similar to the US. I also think numbers in the US may see a second spike due to restrictions coming off too early. Then there are countries I believe will be hit more heavily are Russia, Turkey, Pakistan and most of Africa( although African numbers will be under reported due to low levels of testing).
So when thinking about investment , try to work out if the company you are looking at has exposure to these countries.
