To be fair the past year has been a bit disappointing sp-wise. Hard to know what the catalyst is for a re-rate. Unsure if it's the best vehicle for capital at the moment, with the feel that one could probably buy back at this or a lower price later in the year. Not being negative about the business, which I really do like.
