In light of our recent suspension by the ASX, the Board is reinvigorated to continue its efforts to pursue a NASDAQ listing and the Board should have an update to market in due course.
Temper Tantrums do not help. NASDAQ should be a decision based on an advantageous commercial outcome not a knee jerk reaction to disputes with the ASX. ANO was always going to look at NASDAQ so to tack on this little Barbed comment at the end of the Announcement is really childish. ASX can be irritating but ANO needs to stop needling them as its not in Shareholders best interests. Apart from that, GREAT COMPANY.
