I don’t see how this one announcement shows “transparent governance”.

im all for winding this company up and paying out shareholders. Instant 50% return even if bad debts are high.

also, I don’t see why we need the cash on hand when we have a loan facility. Cashies should pay a huge dividend and convert to taking the interest rate differential rather than keeping loans on their own books. this would make the financials and ratios way better which would make the share price soar. I’m not usually one for just trying to make a share price rise. But I’m pretty sick of management at the moment...
