This is some real BS. Surely they knew about all this during their last announcement about downgrading their annual revenue guidance. I think they just released that so that Regal could make money on their shorts, then Regal sold out so now they can pump up the price again for directors.

I sold out and there is no way I buy back into this ever again. I wouldn't be surprised if the ASX investigate them again.

I think the only reason they issued this is to avoid a class action law suit by investors for misleading information during the cap raise. This gives them some face saving to show that their guidance during the cap raise might not have been off.

I pivoted and sold out and put it into other things so I made my loss back in a few days with the new year market rally so I don't really care.

Smells like a big pile of poo to me.
