The biggest worry is that the receivables are not getting paid. But who in their right mind expects prompt payment in a Communist regime? Well I sort of harboured some hope that because this companies manufacturing was China based that there was hope that local authorities would pay their Bill's eventually, but appears I have got that one wrong.

Just realised I should not skim over the announcement so quickly as most the answers are there and looks like some of the smaller projects delayed and some moving forward. On a thorough reread I am a little more hopeful than when I skimmed over, so now leaning towards either selling some and keeping some or holding on for dear life.
