Well done for recognizing the 'lessons'. Some here never do even though there have been similar episodes before. You need to read the patterns and try not to rationalize away the red flags (eg. The London presentation, SKI walking, Marcus and Sophia walking, cap raise only weeks from an assumed Gov support event). Even CLQ's failure to raise funds told a story.
And doing DD and understanding what is happening in the industry is always more important than taking on a Company's spin (in announcements) at face value.
And above all, not being sucked in by all the rampers - and there are so many on the AUZ forum - who have fallen hopelessly in love with the stock or who have more sinister motives.
