I assume the Charges, are for a 12 Month Period
The Only 1 that looks a long way out, would be Conferences.
If You look at the Total, at the bottom, I would think a roughly 30 % reduction, would be about right, even maybe better than expected.
I am not Saying I am happy with the Board, but If these Numbers are for 12 Months, I don't See a problem, with the 2 Year comparison.
I they are 6 Months, then there probably is a Problem.
