I cast my votes at the recent agm, and there were people who still support the current BOD.

I did my part at the meeting, however some people here still supoort the current BOD which they are entitled to.

The spill meeting could have gotten up if the people with the 13 million didnt abstain/ open voting, these votes went to the chair for his discretion, the chair voted against the spill meeting.

So that what i was trying to tell people get your votes in cause they are going to count.

The next opportuntiy wd will have will most likely be in 2 years time when the 2nd strike happens again.

So to answer your question we are atleast 2 years away unless, we can get a group together with 5% or more of the shareholding to cast an EGM (thats of the total shares on the registry).

I am not interested in organising such an event and wouldnt know where to start.
