The minor positives appear to be a) QLD government is Seemingly prepared to maintain support past the deadline b) they have NDAs in place with potential off take partners.

I don’t think they’re blaming the Tesla delay I think they’re admitting the composition of the batteries has shifted somewhat in recent times so determining the pricing mechanism for offtake partners Is holding things up somewhat. I might be naive but I think that’s pretty understandable.

Something about this announcement feels less fluffy. It’s more up front and honest than anything from the SK days.
