Ive never understood how morningstar arrive at their valuations so i dont pay them much notice. i also dont pay much attention to calls of price manipulation, IMO its a fools game to try and read the day to day movements of a stock and call it a conspiracy. And to be honest if i see a stock fall below my own valuation then theres a buying opportunity , and if it is above , theres a profit to be made , but mostly i do neither. Its the announcements and progress the company is making that are really important ....price goes up or down over a few days is inconsequential.
