Its all good once you realise that though, at least that's what I found. Doesn't matter if its motley fool or share advisor or some research guru or just some faceless random on hc ultimately if you can understand the basics of a company, its financial structure and what it is doing or trying to do then the odds seem to improve a whole lot. If you just rely on others unfortunately it's a recipe for disaster. Especially following anyone on hc as many have their own motives for posting deliberately misleading information.
