International expansion is complicated for them because a lot of the brands they stock just want to do deals for individual regions. Adore is all authorised products so is basically completely beholden to whatever terms the brand owners/ distributors wish to impose in terms of markets they can sell into. You will see even on the NZ site there are some big brands missing, this would be a lot worse in say the US they would probably be locked out of a lot of brands.
In the past they tried China expansion via Tmall and a more outsourced worldwide shipping via Borderfree and got rid of both of those.
I expect that overseas expansion won't be driving growth any time soon.
