This is a sit and hold for 12 months.The worm will turn as it is a really good and well managed business. Patience is required. Frustrating, but it will go back to $3, just not sure when. All the fear around rising interest rates and their impact on spending is overblown. Fact is only one third of households have a mortgage and of those around three quarters have a small debt relative to the value of their house and their household income.The hand wringing & crocodile tears on mortgage repayments is very odd, says leading economist Stephen Koukolous.
