Unfortunately, the precedent has been set for class action against company when people claim to have suffered loss when a guidance is undershot. (Worley WOR)
Thats a double loss to all the people not in the class action who not only lost oney on the initial fall in reposnse to the reduced profits, but also have to see their company pay out hard earned cash to those in the class action.
I dont take much notice of updates anyway.
(I have never been a shareholder in WOR)
