Slides 10 - 12 clearly state Redlake transformation is on track with no hint of delays.
Indeed that actually the title of one of the slides "Redlake transformation on track"!
Is it better to say mgmt was incompetent in their assessment of Redlake just one month prior to their delay and downgrades announcement.
Or misleading. For legal reason mgmt might like to claim incompetent.
