I have read the profiles - none have any significant legal experience. Hence my comment. One from retail which is far from a best practice industry , one primarily has an audit background (ie limited commercial experience) and one is old school from industrial background. None are blue chip. Not sure where you're getting extensive legal experience from. Not sure who's profiles you're reading but it cant be the same ones as on the BWX site. Guess we have different standards.
