    Ahh, Scotty, have you actually read the Continuous Disclosure Act?! I'm pretty sure they fall within the exception in Chapter 3.1.A. relating to the current delay. Happy to hear disagreement.

    Not to say that they haven't potentially breached other things in the mess to get where we are, but probably best to keep it specific.
