The market for agricultural assets remains firm to stronger. Just because yields will be down for a season may not affect the sp as much as individuals may think. Skilled ag investors always look to the long term for value. SHV has been and is still selling at below NTA, substantially.
The challenge, as is the case with most ag investments, is to generate a return that justifies the capital value of the asset.
