I agree with the comments.

Should a Change of Control emerge, that's all well and good. Some of the Punters are here for that reason - good luck to them, and all holders really.

However, these types of tech companies need to be at the cutting edge of the market niche where their business operates. BTH currently has that identity/prominence, but it operates as one in a competitive pool. Change of Control machinations can drag on for and extended period, aren't guaranteed to end well, and can be very distracting. The BOD will know that operating and developing the corporate business is where the resources primarily need to be focused.
