not sure why everyone thinks this is a good deal ?
Multiple offers at $.80 but lets borrow $15m from Regal at 12% per annum and issue them 24m options which have a maximum exercise price of 50 cents ??!!
Options worth $7.2m if price goes to $.80 and if it doesn't they get $1.8m in interest per annum ?
