This same deal could have been struct using the prior 10 day VWAP for example. That way long term incentive still unchanged for higher price but there is no short term disincentive for a lower price.

combine the above with a 12% interest (high) and allegedly offers of $0.80 on the market and certainly received and rejected in the past, the overall structure os silly.

again in no way am I bashing the company, I am a holder and believer but the deal could have been structured better in my opinion
