Clear market doe not believe a word from management. they have been promising breakeven for years and then buy companies and raise capital with limited success in achieving any top line growth. EBITDA breakeven is a load of BS they are still burning cash. I am amazed that market effectively pricing zero chance of a change in control have zero trust in what management says. I though we would be mid low 20s early next year, if no bid eventuated and everyone bailing ahead of next 1/2 year report .. market moved downwards a lot quicker than i thought. Hopefully it is a case of boy who cried wolf and there is an outcome. I think the final straw from alot of investors was that atrocious funding deal with Regal and that was after supposedly saying 80c offer is not in the best interest of shareholders
