Bth management is showing huge confidence in thinking it can get a higher offer, especially if multiple parties are involved, perhaps a bid war.

the data room is a huge positive, and the fact they have mentioned that some offers have progressed through. The full results are now available which was a step waiting for progression.

Even if there is no buyout, the fact that there are interested parties for that high a price should signal that this share is worth a hell of a lot more than the 29c we've fallen to.

with the Aud dollar weak, this is one of the best opportunities for a us company to buy it out. Maybe that's why management wants more.

Only time will tell, still waiting for that huge pushback we are used to seeing after the big drops. Almost a bi monthly cycle.

Clearly most people dont think there are any genuine offers near 80c ..... actions from management to dilute holders at prices substantially below that price add weight to it ... massive mistrust of mnagament ... hope it is boy who cried wolf ...
