So this is what the detailed transaction looks like for a 25,000 buy order is placed at 0.285 when the Buy side is 0.28 and Sell side 0.29....
The 25,000 @0.285 goes through even though nothing listed to sell at 0.285 then part of the transaction is a reset to 0.28 Buy and 0.29 Sell by including a transaction of 11,089 at 0.28 at exactly the same time.
Course of SalesAgain I wonder what the motivation is here?
