You might be right, but costs seem well above inflation. It might have been that they had a good pipeline and companies are now deferring the expenditure while their sales are down. Their product set is far from essential, and more discretionary. They are not a CRM, but an add on so organisations have to buy in. I looked on LinkedIn and some of their sales staff have a status of open to work which yet again makes me believe their pipeline is not great. When the economy improves sales might increase.
