    It's that waiting time for a response. Basically, lack of humans.
    Feed the basic answers to the AI receptionist (the vast majority of them will be straight out of the company handbook) but, for any specifics that the AI can't answer, train the former receptionists to provide those specifics. It's a win/win/win.
