A lot of Government services rely upon eligibility criteria and so asking questions about age, income, marital status can follow a logical decision tree pathway that leads to the correct answer, ie are you eligible or not... and then what step do you take next.

The decision tree pathways would be known and this is another ideal use for the Unith Digital Human, however apart from improving the customer service aspect, Governments have no real incentive to improve the process and that is why targetting businesses with Commercial needs will give the early wins to this technology.

Governments are most likely to adopt new technology when they roll out improvements to existing systems and there is currently a working party headed by the former Services NSW minister Victor Dominello, to improve the current MyGov.au technology.

Victor Dominello is a former senior NSW Government minister. In July 2022 he was recognised by The Australian newspaper as one of the country's top 100 innovators and he made significant improvements in the integrations of Goverment working for vehicle registrations via Services NSW etc. etc.

If Unith believes that the Digital Human could offer benefits to a Government platform then they can seek him out on LinkedIn and make a pitch as the Project only just got announced, read more HERE
