It's the next logical point of resistance. If it was a true breakout you would just hold until your trailing stop is hit (price closes below 5ema, 5ema closes below 9ema etc) and you'd let the trend do the work. Again, not saying that's what's happening here. In this never ending sluggish market, better to expect less, so I'd consider selling partials at 32.5 if it proceeded there.
