Definitely appears to indicate that they were inexperienced and incorrect/inappropriate management decisions were made. Seeking a new GM and implementing consultants to figure out the issue tells that story...
Wonder if the recent 2c SP rise will be a pump and dump or a pump and cap raise?? Or someone is just keen; to be fair it is somewhat good value down here, just need appropriate management to run this lean. However, many small scale aquaculture operations i've seen on the ASX end up folding, or get so low in MCAP that private equity takes them out, strips them and turns the business around for their own benefit.
