    I think although your points are good, we have to remember that there is no certainty the US Govt will grant any new major naval contracts in the short-medium term. There is a lot of talk about unmanned vessels but until the new white paper comes out we don’t any specifics.

    also the navy is under budget constraints, we have already seen 1 epf taken out of this years budget so new ship programs are going to be hard to justify.

    to me the Philippines opv contract is now vital cause I do t have the confidence that other se Asian countries will order ships that are not built in their own country.

    there is little certainty across both shipbuilding and the servicing side of the business so I can’t see the share price moving up anytime soon. In fact we are back to existential questions around the future.

    I guess at least Australia has that Singapore owned shipyard in WA to take up the slack.
