Surely with the AGM around the corner the board would be looking to Justin to turn this around.
What I would like to see is for the the scoping study and subsequently the PFS to be brought forward to at least the first quarter of next year. Advance discussions with potential offtake partners(understand that this is already well underway), short list and then agree offtake terms with on favourable terms and announce to the market. The macro environment for high purity battery manganese is incredibly strong, prices are trending at all time highs, great opportunity is available to E25 here. If the opportunity is to be a lowest cost producer then get the message out there!
Simultaneously get to name plate as quickly as is possible to achieve better scale. I wouldn't be adverse to them bypassing stage 2 instead advancing to stage 3.
