Speaking of the AGM, they are looking for shareholder approval for a 10% share placement within 12 months after the AGM. If shareholders approve, I reckon it'll happen straight away.
Does anyone know what exactly is Stage 2? Is it doubling or tripling concentrate exports?
Be aware that the Utah Point environmental licence has a 2Mtpa cap on manganese exports. If Woodie is already exporting, say 1.5Mtpa, not sure how e25 think they are going to be able to do more than 500,000tpa. The port will need to apply for an amendment to the licence to increase the Mn export cap. If they agree to supporting the increase and have spare capacity.
