I wouldn't be worried, I am sure Christos has done his homework on E25 financials and balance sheet. After all he portrays himself as being an experienced in analyzing financial statements.
So there shouldn't be too much to worry about in regards to future dilutionary capital raises, I am sure he has also done a thorough review of the shareholding structures to see who the controlling shareholders are
