Was it ever a deadline or a foolish commitment to an unrealistic date?
"The company anticipates making an announcement ....before the end of the quarter". That is within 13 working days from the announcement.. Better it was never made, as the timing is dumb.
They should have been better served just giving an expected date for the PFS, preferably not before February.
