No benefit in being abusive to management. They do what they think is best for the company, not to fulfil a pre-promised date in order please shareholders like yourself. In any case, the wording is "anticipates" which is not commitment per se. I would be happy if the announcement comes next year when the market is fully awake for maximum SP action IMO and not now.
