don't get me wrong, Butcherbird project sounds great. Wish i was following the company when the PFS was announced in May, was a great value play at the time.
looking at the valuation now, what is the immediate value proposition? Difficult to get see through on spot Manganese price for Port Headland, but JMS have 37% FOB Mn Port Elizabeth currently at US$3.01.
AISC for butcherbird is assumed at US$2.80 which leaves very little margin unless it is priced very differently to Port Elizabeth Mn. I know the manganese market is in the dumps a bit at the moment, and that will turn at some point. Can anyone elaborate?
