$1M !!! This will be just enough money to fund "director lifestyle costs".
Many years ago I bought BUX on the expectation of the company doing focused exploration in the Kimberley.
I am sooooo disappointed. I was expecting an announcement which showed that the directors had actually worked to produce some value for the shareholders. Where is your un-ravelled expenditure forecast so that we can see what your exploration plan really is? This capital-raising stinks of opacity.
COPPER WOLF
As for the "Copper Wolf" project, is this just a matter of "trust us, the grass really is greener on that other hill so far away". Your apparent strategy for Copper Wolf has indicators that have the hairs standing up on the back of my neck:
a) It is far far away where the shareholder has no chance of knowing the real situation. The average Australian has no idea of the costs of exploring in the US. This is an aid in financial obfuscation.
b) Copper Wolf is touted as having "potential" because it has not been explored. (How long will we have to listen to this spiel being replayed.) If you can't develop a proper exploration plan, it is a money burner. Get rid of it.
c) Somehow a small exploration company in Australia, after talking to a promoter in the US, has outsmarted all the local US talent. Are the US geologists really that dumb???? BUX (with the help of a local promoter" "finds" a "new" fantastic "potential target" (whatever that means) that somehow has been missed by the dozens of other local explorers.
d) The Copper Wolf project provides a lifestyle destination for the directors to discuss "progress" on the deposit (without any drilling or field work).NARRYER
The prospect has potential. You need to do some timely serious work on this and not just keep it on your books as a "potential success". Do not drip feed the annual minimum amount of work on it, while taking directors fees. Proper exploration has 2 effects
a) It finds good prospects
b) It kills off bad prospects.
FIND OUT!
CONCLUSION
So, dear directors, what will happen after you raise the cash? I am confident that you will be true to form and chase yet another trinket "prospect" in the delusion that with no expenditure you can magically turn it into a top quality investment. PROVE ME WRONG!!!
Over the past year I have been losing confidence in the direction of BUX, Now I have no confidence that the board has an intent to produce real value for the shareholder.
