these ones are basically free shares, I think strike was like 0.001 or 0.0001. Can check the annual report for the list of them. Unsure how they are going to pull off the former directors giving up $1m of value, but if they do, it’s very nice for holders - guessing Martin has some leverage or has sweetened something elsewhere for them somehow.
