No he had 42M. 25M sold for undisclosed price to two third parties. 17M to be biught back by company at 3c per share subject to a capital raise.
The question is who would support a capital raise as things stand? And at what price. They need some cemented agreements first then look to capital raise to further these agreements and buy back the remaining 17M.
Could (eventually) work out for current holders, but might be a bit of a roller coaster......
