Yeah guys I think you need to read into it a bit; don't focus on the 3c.
That's not the capital raise price; that's merely the price that they are going to be able to get these shares at from Z to then Cancel after raising the capital to buy them. THAT is a good thing. But the fact there will be a CR isn't a particularly good thing for the SP.
