    Well at least 2 purchasers willing to buy about 25M worth of shares but no transparency on price, probably 3c likely the buyback price. Good news Z will be off books and 2 parties willing to double down on their investment, suggests some hope for future, bad news is capital raising required and this 3c will act as a drag for a while.
