'Dividend incoming"...hope so, and I'm suggesting that in the absence of any major acquisitions - and none appear likely - they will have the cash fire power to pay a divvy.
But this cannot be inferred from the above annoucnement.
There is always a buy back 'lock out' around the announcement of half and yearly results.
You'll find they will resume buying in March.
