When BPH was suspended there was a lot of talk about the ASX being corrupt…. Anyone think it is possible that BPH will remain suspended so that King can use their inability to raise any capital needed as a reason to decline the permit? If it is deemed that a company cannot fulfil the obligations set to them King would have grounds to decline it, yes? Or isn’t the ASX corrupt anymore?
If this does open I am buying so don’t send abuse, I am just curious on peoples thoughts on this and it’s likely hood.
