Does King have grounds to refuse the permit if BPH is still under suspension noting there doesn’t seem to be a time frame of when this will be resolved? It’s a genuine question. Unless someone is saying you will become a millionaire by being on BPH you have a tantrum. There is no need to downramp, it’s not like I’m going to get the shares at a cheaper price tomorrow by what I have written. If it does open, as I said, I am buying in!
